I always bring ear plugs for the rooms, just in case there is a concert. Horrible music, not something you could get use to. The music is ALWAYS TOO LOUD in the casino and the pool area. It would be nice to have at least a couple of bottles of free water in the room upon check in. They have plenty of room for a better NON SMOKING AREA, it is time they address this issue.ĭuring my last visit I waited in line almost ten minutes for free coffee and when I also asked for a bottle of water was told I could only have one beverage!!! Need better towels.īeverage service when you are playing the slots is very slow and some times non existent. Spa front desk has never been very friendly. The amenities are almost non existent now, several times I have been there either the sauna or the steam room were not working. The Spa started as a very nice place but has deteriorated with time. I am not talking about large jackpots, at least smaller returns to keep it fun. I have talked to people playing in the casino and heard the same comments. Worst paying slots of any casino I ever visited. I have experienced good and bad customer service food and rooms. I have been staying at Rincon for several years.
